A simple little hug, might not mean much to some. To me it now has a very special meaning. Many times in life I needed a simple little hug to comfort me.    It took me over 30 years to find that love and security and to learn what a hug should and can mean.One very special person seen the pain in my soul. Even though she didn’t know just how much her simple little hug would come to mean in my life, she gave from her heart and reached out to me. That day changed my life around and gave me the warmth and security that I so desperately yearned for.  I can still feel the warmth as her arms wrapped around me and made the pain go away. Even though it lasted only seconds, for me time stood still. That day changed my life forever. It gave me something I had been denied as a child and that I was too afraid of as an adult. It gave me a sense of love and comfort that I had pushed away from for so long.  It has been almost a year now since that first hug. Because of that first hug, my life has been totally and remarkably changed. To all those who have been denied as I was. I send you my Hugs and wrap my arms around you to give you that feeling that I got from that first Hug.
